2LT Emamoke Odafe

Emamoke Odafe is an MS1 at USUHS. He was born in Greensboro NC and raised mostly in Lagos, Nigeria. In Nigeria, he played college basketball as a point guard for three years at Lead City University before relocating to the U.S.A. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BSc in Biology and fortunately was able to directly transition into medical school at USUHS. A few months after relocating, he began working as an EMT in an Emergency Department, where he learned the truly invaluable quality of staying calm during differing forms of chaos – maximizing efficiency. Lastly, although he is not a great runner, he enjoys running, hiking, music, movies, and FOOD. He looks forward to meeting and helping others achieve their goals!
